Evidence-based therapy for anxiety and trauma in Santa Monica
Life can be challenging, especially when you're trying to balance your personal and professional life.
It's easy to feel like you're alone in facing these challenges, but I want you to know that I'm here to help.

Therapy for chronic worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, and physical tension. We'll work together to understand what's driving your anxiety and develop practical tools to help you feel calmer, safer, and more present in your daily life.

Compassionate, evidence-based treatment for both recent traumatic events and long-standing patterns rooted in earlier experiences. Using EMDR and body-centered approaches, we'll work at a pace that prioritizes your safety and helps you feel more regulated and grounded.

Support for professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives who feel depleted after years of high output. Therapy focused on reconnecting with yourself, understanding what's sustainable, and building rhythms that support rather than drain you.

If you are facing any of these, there’s hope:
Therapy can help you understand what's driving these patterns and give you tools to feel more grounded, present, and like yourself again.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in Santa Monica specializing in anxiety, trauma, and burnout. I work with adults who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck on the inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness practices. Together, we'll work to understand what's driving your distress and build practical tools for lasting change so you can feel more like yourself again.

My Santa Monica office is a calm, private space designed to help you feel at ease. Natural light, warm wood floors, and a comfortable atmosphere support the therapeutic work we do together.

I'm an out-of-network provider and don't bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
I earned my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with focused training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at UCLA, where I built a strong foundation in clinical theory and research.
If you're ready to move beyond just managing and toward actually healing, I'm here to help.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, or burnout, therapy can offer you a space to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful change.
